How do I return an item? RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied you may return your purchase in its original condition, with copy of the sales receipt within 30 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping charges). Items received after 30 will be issued a store credit. We do not accept returns after 30 days. We do reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders. We do not accept returns on custom made orders or molds that have been used. Please email us at [email protected] for our return address and to receive a return authorization number. You must include a RA# with your return or exchange. If you do not include a copy of your receipt with your return, it will be valued at the current selling price. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
