How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied you may return your purchase in its original condition, with copy of the sales
receipt within 14 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping charges). Items received after 14
days and up to 30 days will be issued a store credit. We do not accept returns after 30 days. We do reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders. We do not accept returns on custom made orders or molds that have been used.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for our return address and to receive a return
authorization number. You must include a RA# with your return or exchange. If you do not include
a copy of your receipt with your return, it will be valued at the current selling price. You will be
responsible for return shipping charges.
We will evaluate each request and reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or to provide
exchange privileges to anyone if, upon receipt of merchandise, it is determined that any of the
above criteria are not met or the merchandise was not purchased from Moldcreations. We are
under no obligation to accept, receive, process or return merchandise sent to us without prior
return authorization being granted.
