How do I return an item? RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied you may return your purchase in its original condition, with copy of the sales receipt within 30 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping charges). Items received after 30 will be issued a store credit. We do not accept returns after 30 days. We do reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders. We do not accept returns on custom made orders or molds that have been used. Please email us at sales@moldcreations.com for our return address and to receive a return authorization number. You must include a RA# with your return or exchange. If you do not include a copy of your receipt with your return, it will be valued at the current selling price. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will evaluate each request and reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or to provide above criteria are not met or the merchandise was not purchased from Moldcreations.
